Kylemore Estate Properties Owners’ Management Company (OMC) Limited by Guarantee is the legal entity responsible for the ownership, management, and maintenance of the common areas of Kylemore Estate. Every property owner in the estate is legally a member of the OMC.
The OMC is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board’s primary responsibility is to ensure the estate is managed effectively, common areas are maintained, finances are secure, and the company complies with all relevant legislation.
Directors are property owners within Kylemore Estate who are appointed by the members (the owners) at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
To ensure professional day-to-day operations, the Board appoints a licensed Managing Agent (i.e. currently Aramark).
The Board of Directors provides oversight, sets the annual budget, defines policies, and makes strategic decisions on behalf of the members.
The Managing Agent (Aramark) executes the Board's decisions. They handle the practical day-to-day running of the estate, including collecting service charges, organising maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and responding to direct resident queries.
